Relief Society was a great success! Joyce Hurley decorated the tables real cute. I wasn't expecting many, so we set up for 18, 3 tables with six a each table. We had to put extra chairs at each table and set up another table because we had about 30 ladies. I thought we'd have about 5 at the candy making--No, more like 10 to 15. My Emma Smith cookies turned out real yummy and decorated with chocolate swirls. And I now know how to make peanut brittle. And you can cook with 10 cooks in the same kitchen if you can dodge the swaying hips and duck the flying dish towels. Those sisters are such ladies! The pot luck food was good and the sisters had a ball making the Valentines with the Elders. There were real cute, I'm told. I missed it because I was on kitchen duty. The peanut brittle came out in one big, glossy, beautiful, shimmering slab of candy before it was broken in little pieces. Pretty impressive. I should have taken pictures, which I will when I learn how to get the pics off my camera and onto the computer in a place where I can access them. I'm learning and when I do you'll have lots of pictures of cats and birds (Shollenberger). I know you can hardly wait.

I won't bring up how many times you started your sentences with and, and I will not point out your spelling errors, because I was raised to be a lady! :)
Two times--for the "and" sentences. I can't find a misspelling, but I only scanned it. Nothing else? Nothing about how interesting the blog was? But thanks for reading it!
See now that was a blog. Isn't great when people come to your activities? The peanut brittle sounds yummy.
You should always plan for 33 percent more people than you think will come--it is always better to have more than not enough. See? It is not that hard to post something.
Yes Laura, it's true you should plan for more, but empty tables are so sad. I'd rather have set extra places than have lots of empty seats. We were prepared for more, just set up for less. Turned out and now on to next month's R.S. Birthday party. How am I supposed to NOT make that boring?
yea a real post! I dont know why you say you dont have anything interesting to post. You are always busy, and I am sure that with Schuhmacher visits, RS, your cats and school you have plenty to post about.
